This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.174/2020, registered at Police Station Dharamjaigarh, District - Raigarh (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 120-B, 342 & 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to move again at an appropriate stage.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated supra.
