1. The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised is that she has moved an application for grant of permission to obtain the degree of B.Ed course and also moved an application for grant of appropriate leave for the same. The applications which are pending consideration before the authorities, which till date have not been decided by the respondents therefore prays for appropriate direction to be issued and decide her application at the earliest.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents No. 3 to 5 to take appropriate decision on the said application moved by the petitioner preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance to the rules governing the field.
