1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not deciding the appeal of the petitioner in terms of the standing orders governing the field.
2. According to the petitioner she has been inflicted with the punishment of stoppage of one increment with cumulative effect vide order dated 24.02.2020. The petitioner immediately preferred an appeal before the Appellate Authority, however appeal is still pending consideration before the authority which has led to the filing of the present writ petition.
3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has the writ petition stands disposed of at this juncture directing the respondent No.1 & also
respondent No. 2, as the case may be, whoever is the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
