Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 24.11.2020

1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the alleged inaction on the part of the respondents in not paying salary to the petitioner since May 2020 onwards.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now his grievance may be redressed in case if he is permitted to make a representation to the respondents No. 2 & 3 who inturn may be directed to consider and decide the representation at the earliest.

3. To this limited prayer, learned counsel for the State does not strongly oppose.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a detailed representation to the respondents No. 2 & 3 within a period of 10 days from today and the respondents No. 2 & 3 shall consider and take a decision after due consideration of the contents of representation at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner.
