The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 12.07.2019. Vide the said impugned order the petitioner has been transferred from Tahsil Rajpur to Tahsil Ramanujganj on administrative ground.

The contention of the petitioner is that he is under suspension from 25.05.2019 and he is presently attached to the Tahsil office of Rajpur. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that pending suspension and without revoking the same, the respondents have now transferred the petitioner from Rajpur to Ramanujganj. According to the petitioner, since the suspension order is already in force, the service of the petitioner could not

-2have been transferred. Moreover, the petitioner would find it difficult to conduct a departmental enquiry contemplated against him being posted so far from Rajpur.

Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner approach the respondent No.2 by making a detailed representation within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the respondent No.2 in turn is expected to consider the representation of the petitioner and take an appropriate decision at the earliest preferably within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

Till the representation is decided, let status quo as it exists today be maintained.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
