This petition has been filed by the petitioner for restoration of Cr.M.P. No. 1388/2019 which was dismissed on 25.07.2019 due to noncompliance of the Court's order dated 21.06.2019. 2.

On due consideration of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the sufficient reasons mentioned in the restoration petition, I am satisfied that the non-compliance of the Court's order dated 21.06.2019 was based on bonafide grounds.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the Cr.M.P. No. 1388/2019 is restored to its original number for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.
