1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.113/2020, registered at Police Station Purani Bhilai, District-Durg C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201 of I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, applicant has committed murder of his wife Shanti @ Kanti. The dead body was

MCRC No. 8395 of 2020 buried in an agricultural field near the house of the applicant, thereafter the applicant went back to his native place and informed witness Laxman under whom he was working that he has come to the village to drop deceased Shanti @ Kanti and he will return soon.

4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

5. Considering the entire fact situation of the case, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage.

6. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the applicant to revive the prayer after examination of material witnesses.
