Taking into consideration, that an appeal against acquittal has been filed by the father of the deceased which has been registered as Acquittal Appeal No. 49/2014, the State application for condonation of delay in filing the application is allowed and leave is also granted to the State to file appeal against the judgment of acquittal. Accordingly, the appeal fled by the State be also registered as Acquittal appeal.

It be listed after two weeks along with Acquittal Appeal No. 49/2014.
