This application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.88/2020 registered at Police Station - Gudhiyari, District Raipur (C.G.) for commission of the offence punishable under Sections 454, 380, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application.

Accordingly, the MCRCA No.1608/2020 is dismissed as withdrawn.
