Petitioner has filed by the present Writ Petition seeking for an appropriate direction to Respondents to release the death-cum-retiral dues on the death of the deceased employee, Late Ishwari Lal Kosre, who died in harness on 3.6.2020, to the legal heirs of the deceased, at the earliest. 2.
Petitioner claims herself to be the wife of the deceased employee, Late Ishwari Lal Kosre, and the Respondent No.3 also has been reflected as to be the first wife of the deceased employee.

Given the said facts and the fact that since no orders have been passed by the Respondents so far as the rejection of the claim of Petitioner is concerned, the present Writ Petition at this juncture is being disposed of directing the Respondents to ensure that the death-cum-retiral dues is paid to the legal heirs of the deceased employee in terms of the rules governing the field, at the earliest, preferably within a period of ninety days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
