1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., for grant of regular bail as he is in jail since 18-7-2021 in connection with Crime No. 124 of 2021 registered in Police Station- Khamardih, Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC.
