The dispute between the parties were referred to mediation and the Mediator has filed the Mediation Report before this Court which is duly signed by both the parties as well as their respective counsel. The terms on which the parties have entered into compromise is that the parties have agreed to obtain divorce by mutual consent.

Considering the aforesaid, the parties may apply for divorce by mutual consent before the jurisdictional family Court and the Family Court as soon as the application is filed, shall proceed to record the statement of both the parties and pass proper decree in terms of compromise between the parties. 3.
This appeal is accordingly disposed off.

The Registry shall forward a duly authenticated copy of 'le>kSrk i=' dated 18.03.2020 to the Family Court.
