Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 23.08.2018 1.
The grievance of the petitioner is that there was a mutual transfer made by the respondents so far as the petitioner and the respondent No.5 is concerned and as per the transfer order made, the respondent No.5 has already relieved from Janpad Panchayat Takhatpur and have joined the place where the petitioner is working. However, the petitioner has been relieved from Masturi to join new place of posting i.e. Takhatpur. 2.
Considering the limited grievance which the petitioner has made, let the respondent No.2 take a decision in the case of the petitioner by issuing necessary orders to the respondent No.4 for taking an early decision for relieving the petitioner from Masturi to Takhatpur as per transfer order dated 11.05.2018. The petitioner's representation made to the respondent No.4 is also pending consideration in this regard.

Nothing prevents the respondent No.4 also to pass necessary orders meanwhile relieving the petitioner from Masturi to Takhatpur, 4.
Accordingly, the present petition stands allowed and disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy Judge inder
