This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 17.04.2018, by which, the Director was directed to decide petitioner's claim. It is found that the order passed by this Court was served in the office of the Director on 28.04.2018 and decision would be required to be taken within a period of 90 days. 2.

Considering the above situation and that this contempt petition has been filed in the month of August only, instead of initiating proceeding, at this stage, the respondent is directed to communicate to the petitioner the decision, if any, taken in the matter. If the petitioner does not receive any communication with regard to decision of his representation within a period of 30 days, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive the contempt petition. A copy of this order be placed before the respondent for due compliance.

The contempt petition is disposed off.
