Complainant Ramesh Yadav is present before this Court and submitted that he has no complaint from this applicant. 2.

After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. and also seeks direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial.

It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably after six months. There shall be liberty to the applicant to file repeat application in case some occasion arises.
