Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application for registration of the vehicle in her name, yet vehicle has not been registered in her name, therefore, he seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to move an application for interim custody of the vehicle after vehicle is registered in her name.
2. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
3. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
