2. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.45/2018, registered at Police Station Baradwar, District Janjgir Champa, C.G. for offence punishable under Section 420 & 120-B of the I.P.C.

3. I.A. No.01 of 2020, application for withdrawal of the bail application, is allowed.
