This is an appeal preferred under Section 260-A of the Income Tax Act, 1961. We have gone through the pleadings and material on record. 2.

Heard the learned standing counsel appearing for the Revenue in detail. 3.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned standing counsel that by virtue of the mandate in Circular No.17 of 2019 dated 08.08.2019, the present appeal cannot cross the pecuniary barrier so as to approach this Court; the disputed amount being less than Rs.1 Crore.

In the said circumstance, learned standing counsel seeks for permission to withdraw the appeal.

Permission is granted.

This appeal is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the Circular No.17 of 2019 dated 08.08.2019.
