1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 12.07.2019. Vide the impugned order the petitioner has been transferred from Sub Health Centre, Jagmadwa, Block Chuuikhadan, District Rajnandgaon to Sub Health Centre, Dautola, Block Ambagarh Chowki, District Rajnandgaon.

2. The challenge in the writ petition is only on the ground that distance between the two place of posting is more than 100km's. The other ground of challenge is that the child of the petitioner is also

undergoing his/her education at the present place of posting which may adversely get affected on being transferred.

3. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has already made representation on 19.07.2019 and 20.07.2019 Annexure P-5 to the respondent No. 2 & 3 and prays that the authorities may be directed to take an early decision on the said representation.

4. This limited prayer is not opposed by the respondent counsel.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent No. 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
