The Applicant has preferred this Second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 397/2016 registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Bastar (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (henceforth 'the Act').

First bail application of the Applicant was rejected on merits vide order dated 21/05/2018 passed in MCRC No. 7342/2017. 3.

As per prosecution story, on 27/11/2016 the Applicant was found in possession of 16 Kg cannabis (Ganja) which he was carrying in the trolley bag.

First bail application of the Applicant has been rejected on merit. In the

present case also, there is no new ground to entertain this bail application.
