1. The limited relief(s) that the petitioner has sought for in the present petition is for an appropriate direction to Respondents 2 & 3 for taking an appropriate decision on the representation/application under section 33 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that against the award dated 22.11.2018 of Land Acquisition Proceedings, the petitioner for enhancement of the compensation has approached the authorities by moving said application on 24.12.2018, which till date has not been decided.

3. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for is not opposed by the

State Counsel.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing Respondents 2 & 3 to take an appropriate decision on the application under Section 33 of the Act, 2013 in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
