1. The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 06.10.2020 in connection with Crime No. 174/2020 registered in Police Station Pusour, District Raigarh (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 306 of IPC.

2. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 25.01.2021 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 8891/2020. However, liberty was granted to the applicant to revive the same at appropriate stage.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this second bail application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

4. Accordingly, the second bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
