Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that this petition has become infructuous as the original case i.e., Special Trial No.1/14 arising out of Crime No.244/2013 of P.S. Ambagarh Chowki, Rajnandgaon filed against the petitioner has been dismissed.

The said information is also confirmed by communication dated 23.01.2019 sent by Addl. Sessions Judge (FTC), Rajnandgaon.
