Learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the revision with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the hearing of case filed u/s 125 Cr.P.C., as early as possible.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the order sheets of the Court below, I am not inclined to interfere with the interim order passed. Accordingly, this revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
