1. Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 12.7.2019 (Annexure P-1) whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Sub Health Centre, Sonsh (Khadgawa) to Sub Health Centre, Amapara (Patna) under District Koriya, Chhattisgarh.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that she has been shown to be transferred on mutual request with one Smt. Sonmantari Kujur, however neither the petitioner nor the said Sonmantari Kujur had ever made any application for transfer and therefore the order of mutual transfer of the petitioner with the said Sonmantari Kujur is bad in law.

3. Given the said fact that the petitioner has made, subject to verification of the said fact, the writ petition as of now stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an appropriate fresh representation within a period of 10 days from today to respondent no.2 who in turn shall scrutinize the same and after verification shall pass a fresh order.

4. Till a fresh order is passed by respondent no.2 on due verification of the fact, the transfer order so far as the petitioner is concerned shall not be given effect to.
