This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.359/2018, registered at Police Station Tikarapara, Dist. Raipur C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 294, 506, 323, 324, 307, 302 of the I.P.C. and Section 25, 27 of the Arms Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application.
