Present appeal has been preferred against the judgment dated 07.10.2017 passed by the Sessions Judge, Dhamtari, in Sessions Trial No.24/2017.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has already preferred another appeal (CRA No.1751/2017) assailing the impugned judgment and, therefore, the present appeal being second in nature is redundant.

In the light of pendency of CRA No.1751/2017, present appeal (CRA No.1260/2018) is redundant and dismissed as redundant. 4.
