The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 11.12.2015 whereby the petitioner has been transfer from Raipur to Rajnandgaon. This order dated 11.12.2015 was stayed by this Court vide order dated 04.01.2016. Since then, the petitioner is continuing at Raipur by virtue of the interim order.

Given the said facts and considering the period lapse in between, this Court is of the opinion that the impugned order Annexure-P/1 dated 11.12.2015 so far as the petitioner is concerned shall not be acted upon by

the respondent any further. However, right of the respondents would stand reserved to pass a fresh order in case administrative exigency so arises. 3.
