These are the two applications filed Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who

MCRC No. 8743 of 2020 and another have been arrested in connection with Crime No.265/2020 registered at Police Station City Kotwali, Raipur District Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 34 of the IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act.

The applicants requested for fuel (petrol) from the complainant when he was on the way from Railway Station to Tagore Nagar. Thereafter, one of them boarded the motorcycle of the complainant and later on, ran away with the motorcycle and looted one Vivo Mobile set belonging to the complainant. 4.

The applicants are in jail since 22.10.2020 i.e. for more than 4 months and the offences are triable by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, therefore, considering the length of pre-trial detention, I am inclined to release the applicants on regular bail. 5.

Accordingly, the bail applications are allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
