By way of this M.C.C., the applicant is seeking restoration of Writ Petition (C) No. 2953 of 2007.

For non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 06.12.2017 passed by this Court, applicant's writ petition was dismissed by the office vide office note dated 09.01.2018. 3.

Considering the grounds taken in the application and submission made by the applicants, the M.C.C. No.628 of 2018 is allowed and the Writ Petition (C) No. 2953 of 2007, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the court order dated 06.12.2017 is restored to its original number.
