1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/2 dated 26.10.2020 whereby the place of posting of the petitioner has been shifted from Dongargarh to Bortalab.

2. According to the petitioner, at the present place of posting the petitioner has come just about two months back vide order dated 26.08.2020 whereby the petitioner was shifted from Badhiyatola, Dongargarh to Dongargarh.

3. The contention of the petitioner is that apart from the fact that the present order amounts to frequent transfer, the petitioner's wife is also employed

-2under the respondents State and is posted at Dongargarh and therefore under the policy of the State Govt. the respondents ought to have considered posting the petitioner as far as possible at the same place.

4. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner make an appropriate suitable representation for ventilating his grievances to the respondents No.2&3, who, in turn, shall consider the same in accordance with rules, guidelines and the policy governing the field at the earliest.

5. Meanwhile, let status quo as it exists today be maintained till the representation of the petitioner is decided.
