1. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender and that before disposal of WPS No. 3839/2010 on 10.05.2018, the petitioner was already involved in another criminal case and he was arrested on 09.09.2013 in connection with the offence under Sections 420, 468, 467 & 471 of
the Indian Penal Code in Crime No.104/2013 at Police Station Balrampur, this Court is of the opinion that the relief granted by this Court would require reconsideration, so far as paragraph No.12 of the order dated 10.05.2018 in WPS No. 3839/2010.
2. Given the said facts, the order dated 10.05.2018 stands recalled and the said writ petition stands ordered to be listed for hearing on 1st of October, 2018.
