1. This is repeat bail application. In order to press the bail application, learned counsel for the applicant places reliance upon statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. of the prosecutrix. This Court while considering the bail application, considered the records and even after taking into consideration submission that it is a case of consent, the bail application was rejected on the ground that the prosecutrix is appears to be minor as per the prosecution records.
