The petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashment of FIR registered at Police Station Abhanpur in Crime No.31/2012 for offence punishable under Section 420/34 of IPC at the instance of respondent No.3. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after framing the charges, charge sheet has been filed, as such, present petition has become infructuous. However, he may be granted liberty to question the charge sheet so filed.

In view of the above, instant petition stands disposed of with liberty
reserved in favour of the petitioner to question the legality and correctness of charge sheet.
