Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has provided tent and other ancillary arrangement in Rajim Kumbh Mela of 2018. Thereafter despite providing tent facility in the religious arrangement the amount of the petitioner of Rs.76,41,166.70/- is not been paid. Therefore, at present the petitioner submits that they may be given a liberty to make a representation to the respondent alongwith the Department of Religious Trust and Endowment so that the payment is considered to be released. 2.
Considering the limited prayer made, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation to the respondent No.4 alongwith the
Department of Religious Trust and Endowment within a period of two weeks. It is further observed that if such representation is made, same will be decided in accordance with the rules governing the field preferably within 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
