Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board /0 5 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that offences have been registered against the petitioner's son on 30.12.2008 and the police have investigated the matter and filed closure report before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durg but yet again the report has been called by the Chief Judicial Magistrate.

(2) Be that as it may, concerned police authority is directed to submit the reply expeditiously and on submission of that reply, Chief Judicial Magistrate shall consider and pass order accepting or rejecting the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the Cr.M.P. stands finally disposed of.
