1. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has retired from service w.e.f. 31.07.2017, till date his retiral dues and pensionary benefits have not been settled by the respondents and no justification has been also given.

2. Without entering into merits of the case, this Court does not intend to keep the petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.2 & 3 to ensure that the case of the petitioner for grant of retiral dues and pensionary benefits including arrears of salary or arrears of revision of pay, if any, be paid to the petitioner within an outer limit of 90 days from today.
