1. Petitioner's case is for regularization on the post of Watchman/Grade-IV employee which has been called in question in the instant writ petition.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that the vouchers/documents for the period of 08.12.1991 to 30.06.1992 related to the petitioner is not traceable.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that along with the rejoinder he has filed the documents/vouchers for the said period showing the payment made to the petitioner.

4. In view of that, learned counsel for the respondents submit that rejoinder along with the documents/vouchers filed by the

petitioner will be reconsidered by respondents No.2 & 3 for regularization of the petitioner.

5. Be that as it may, respondents No.2 & 3 are at liberty to reconsider the petitioner's case in accordance with the documents/vouchers filed by the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

6. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
