1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.751/2020, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, District Bilaspur for offences punishable under Section 341, 354 & 354-B of the IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail before the Sessions Court.

3. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the applicant surrenders and apply for regular bail before the Sessions Court, the concerned Sessions Court shall consider and decide the same expeditiously.
