1. The applicant has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.36 of 2017 registered at Police Station Baikunthpur, Distt. Koriya, for the offence punishable under Sections 452,294 and 323/34 IPC.
2. The allegation against the applicant, as per prosecution, is that, the present applicant along with another co-accused Manoj Pal is said to have entered into the house of the complainant Awadh Sharan Patel in the night on 27.01.2017 and is said to have assaulted the complainant causing injury and have also used abusive language on the basis of which an FIR has been lodged.
3. A bare perusal of complaint and FIR shows active participation of the applicant in the commission of said offence. Therefore, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected.
