The present CrMP has been filed by the applicant for modification/correction in the order dated 03.11.2020 passed by this Court in MCrC No.7106/2020 (Ishwar Prasad vs. State of Chhattisgarh).

On due consideration, paragraph No.1 of the order dated 03.11.2020 is modified to the following extent:- " 1.

This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in

connection with Crime No.473/2020, registered at Police Station Kasdol Chouki Lawang Distt. Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara (CG) 4.

Remaining part of the order dated 03.11.2020 shall remain intact. 5.

In view of the above, the present CrMP stands disposed of. Certified copy by tomorrow.
