1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.324/2020, registered at Police Station Sarangarh, Dist. Raigarh, for offence punishable under Sections 341, 294 & 387 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. This applicant along with Amrit Patel restrained the complainant; filthily abused; and tried to extort money. The incident took place at about 5.00 am on 29-5-2020.
3. Having seen the material available in the case diary, this Court is not inclined to extend the benefit of Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. to the applicant.
4. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected. In the event applicant surrenders and moves the regular bail application, the jurisdictional Court shall consider and decide the same expeditiously.
