The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.418/2018 registered at Police Station- Civil Line, District Raipur, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 364 (A) of IPC and under Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to prosecute this application and seeks to withdraw the same.

3. Permission granted.

4. Accordingly, the application MCRC No.8461 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn.
