Hon'ble Shri Justice Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant Order On Board /09/2021 1.
This present petition has been brought only for the reason that the application under Order 39 Rule 3 of C.P.C. filed by the petitioners, before the Court of 8th Additional District Judge, Bilaspur has not been heard so far, because the presiding officer of the Court is on leave.

Considered on the submissions. As there is usually a standing order present in every District Court, regarding hearing of cases on urgent basis, in absence of any Judicial Officer by another Judicial Officer present on duty. Therefore, the petitioner has the liberty to approach the District Judge in such a case and seek such direction for urgent hearing of the case accordingly.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed off.
