Mr. Anuroop Panda, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application. However, he submits that looking to the age of the applicant, a direction may be issued to the Court below concerned for considering and deciding bail application of applicant on the same day, if filed by him after his surrender.
