1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.174/2020, registered at Police Station Jhagrakhand, District Korea for offence punishable under Section 306 of the IPC.

2. The applicant had an affair with deceased Seema. The deceased informed her husband about the affair on which her husband started scolding and illtreating, therefore, she committed suicide by hanging in her house and left one suicide note stating that the applicant is responsible for the suicide.

3. Having seen the material available in the case diary, I am of the opinion that no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. The application is accordingly rejected.
