1) The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as he was arrested on 20.10.2020 in connection with Crime No. 89/2020 for offence under Section 376, 450, 506 of IPC, registered at Police Station- Sukma, District- Sukma (C.G.).

2) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant did not want to marry the prosecutrix.

3) Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application. However, he prays for direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.

4) Counsel for the State and objector have no objection to the

above prayer.

5) Permission granted.

6) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law.
