1. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this anticipatory bail application. However, he submits that looking to the fact that applicant is 22 years old and studying in B.Com. (3rd Year), a direction may be issued to the Court below concerned for considering regular bail application of applicant on the same day, if filed by him after his surrender.

2. In view of above, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. If an application for grant of regular bail is filed by applicant after his surrender, the Court below concerned may try to consider and decide it on the same day, if possible, in accordance with law.
