This petition has been brought praying for issuance of direction to the learned Family Court, Bilaspur.

It is submitted that the petitioner has filed a divorce petition under Section 13-A of Hindu Marriage Act on 30.04.2019, which is registered as Case No.305-A/2019. The proceeding in this case is almost standstill so far without any progress. Therefore, it is prayed that specific direction be issued.

Considered on the submissions. Looking to the pendency of the divorce petition, pending before the Court, this petition is disposed off at motion

stage. The learned Family Court, Bilaspur is directed to take up the proceeding in the case mentioned herein above expeditiously and conclude the same preferably within a period of nine months from the date of this order.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed off.
