1. This appeal by the accused/appellants under Section 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 is directed against the order dated 31.07.2020 passed by the 7th Additional Sessions Judge Raigarh, District Raigarh, C.G., refusing to allow his regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The appellant is in jail since 25.07.2020 in connection with Crime No.515/2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506, 323, 307/34 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled

Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (though offence under Section 3(2)(v) of the Act is not mentioned in the impugned order) registered at Police Chowki Jute Mill, City Kotwali Raigarh, District Raigarh, C.G.

2. Learned counsel for the appellants seeks to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
